I’m still recovering from the holidaze, well over a week after the fact. It’s so hard to get back into the routine! With the idea that I don’t want to think very hard, lest I strain a muscle, let’s see what’s going on in Caro’s head today:
- I finally broke down and bought a Flickr Pro account. Now I can organize my photos into more sets and collections. It’s a neat freak’s wet dream. Now I just need to take more photos!
- I dragged T to see Juno this weekend, and I loved every minute of it. It was funny and sweet and refreshing and reminded me of Waitress, which I also enjoyed. (But hey, Hollywood, what’s with all the “girl gets pregnant in less than ideal circumstances” scripts lately? Between Juno, Waitress, and Knocked Up, I’m thinking you’ve got it covered for at least a decade, mmkay?)
- One of my not-quite-a-resolution-resolutions this year is to make more food at home, so that we don’t have to buy extra groceries for lunches. That’s right, folks: I’ve been cooking. It’s been a whole week and I haven’t burned the house down yet! Last week’s fare included pot roast, turkey chili, and baked ziti. My new rule at the grocery store is “no pre-processed stuff, or as little pre-processed stuff as I can manage (because life without Nutella is just not living!)”
- I have a photo on the front page of Trunkt.org! Yay! I think I’d like to invest in a LookBook Plus account soon, but I’m still not convinced it’s worth it… anyone out there have a Plus account? What do you think?
